West Revere Health Center is currently looking to hire an RN Unit Manager for our 60 bed LT unit

Registered Nurse  skilled Unit Manager- in Revere,MA

Position Summary for  RN Nurse Manager: The primary purpose of the  RN ( Registered Nurse) Nurse Manager is to supervise the nursing activities of our newly renovated 18 bed skilled  Unit with 24/7 operational responsibility  . Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required Nursing Administration, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements for  RN Skilled Unit Manager:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license 
  • Previous supervisory experience in acute care and/or post-acute care or long term care
  • Demonstrated strong clinical and Leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with long term care regulations, policies and procedures a necessity
  • Knowledge of PointClickCare a plus but is not required
